I ordered a silent fan which had a 25% discount code. The code didn’t work at checkout so I emailed in to ask whether it could still be applied and the team member Carlie couldn’t have been more helpful. Discount was refunded straight away. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Amber in customer service. I had an issue with the state a fan arrived in but Amber quickly and efficiently fully solved it for me. I must add that the issue was with the courier not the actual product.
Swan 12" Silence & Turbo Desk Fan - NOT A SILENT FAN
I left a review on Swans website last week concerning a Swan 12" Silence & Turbo Desk Fan I bought but it seems they won't publish any reviews on their website that are less than 4 stars. I left a review that was part positive, part negative but they have refused to publish it so I'll post my review here instead.
Don't be fooled into thinking this fan is silent it isn't. The fan was very difficult to assemble and took 2 people to place the front grill over the back one as it was secured by a circular plastic band.
The fan is excellent on the first three settings, especially the turbo setting but the comfort setting is not quiet by any stretch of the imagination.
customer service - 5 star!!
I ordered an air conditioning unit on Friday night and then later realised that it would not work in our house with the type of windows we have. I emailed via contact us on Monday evening and on Tuesday morning I received an email from Marc who kindly cancelled the order before it had been fulfilled. Great customer service and thank you for helping me out!!

Bought a swan microwave from their website directly. Unfortunately the bulb went within a couple of months. Upon checking the warranty details, I had to contact them directly at the email address given. It took a couple of days to get a response but once received stated they were extremely busy and they apologised for the delay. Tanya who actioned our query was nothing but polite and helpful throughout. She gave clear and precise instructions about the process to return the item and replied straight back when i emailed to check if we would receive the exact same product as a replacement. The process for returns was made all the more easy due to the fact that we didn't have to send the microwave back. Sure enough, after following their process, a replacement was sent in less than a week. It did mean that we had to dispose of the old microwave but this was ok with us. Cannot fault the customer service and Tanya gave the best customer service I have ever received of late. 5 stars.

Non existent customer service
if only i could give zero stars........Ordered a fan which arrived broken, contact number takes you through all the pre recorded options only to tell you to send an email, emails do not get answered, online chat directs you to email, facebook messenger messages and twitter messages also go unanswered, impossible to resolve my issue. Avoid!!!

Incredible customer service
When cleaning our coffee machine, we managed to lose the pipe for the milk frother. Absolutely frustrating. Couldn't find any spares online so wrote to Swan on the off chance they would have any suggestions. They found a new one and send it out straightaway. Incredible customer service

A replacement for my retro kettle
Needed a replacement for my retro kettle when the fill levels had worn off, this was arranged straight away by Swan. I would definitely recommend Swan for their hassle free, swift and friendly after service. Really pleased!

Sadly Disappointed - Please Read before Considering Purchasing a Swan Item
Having purchased a PowerPlus Turbo Cordless Hoover it broke within 6 months, the front completely snapping off during use. Marc in customer services, advised that I would have to be overweight for this to happen and therefore this was misuse (he even went so far as to say he had tested it himself and the obvious reason would be too much weight). When I questioned this, Amber apologised for this comment and instead stated I must have instead continuously dropped the item. So both opinions based on not even viewing the item and both vary. I very much suspect there will be another three or four reasons for it also if I were to go back.
Unfortunately I am now left with formal action as the item was under 6 months and no offer to review or repair was made, all was based on a picture and reasoning changed when challenged.
It is interesting to see that Marc has been mentioned before for his appalling customer services in other comments and that he is upset that this has been a concern for customers previously, it looks like no lessons have been learnt there either unfortunately and was far from customer focused in any way, Amber was not much better which portrays a culture issue.
Marc did however apply his sales hat for company offer me the opportunity to purchase another quality product from them rather than offer a repair.
Both also tried to tell me that there was no point progressing as Management would agree with them, trying to stop me being able to progress my statutory right.
Thankfully everything has been recorded via email and passed on accordingly but should never have been needed.
For future purchasers, Amber advises that the hoover is only suitable for very lightweight occasional use and is not suitable for cleaning a whole home so please consider carefully if purchasing because that is absolutely not what Swan advertise through the use of their ‘ambassadors / influencers’.
